My father was a twin. Does that increase the chance of me or my siblings having twins?
only if he is a fraternal twin then it would increase your chances, as already stated above

No. It is not genetic. Your chance of having twins is the same as everyone else.

The only thing it increases is if you were a female and the releasing of more than one egg runs in your family to result in fraternal twins, other than that it does not increase anything.

If he is a fraternal twin then it would increase your chances and your sisters chances because the gene for super ovulation can be passed from father to daughter.
