Congrats on ur pregnancy I’m 7.2 weeks along currently. We had twins w/ my 1st pregnancy, 1 sac though, but one disappeared @ around 9 weeks, they called it VTS. (Mine were identical) W/ this pregnancy they found 3 sacs @ 5 weeks, & like urs I only had 1 that looked 2 me viable b/c only 1 had a yolk sack. The other 2 had some bleeding. But I was told @ 5 weeks if u don’t have a yolk sac then it’s almost positive the other 2 won’t continue. So w/ u I highly doubt the 2nd sac will continue.
