Not to be rude...but wakeup girlfriend!

You are being gamed. Continue with the current process. There are formulas the state uses to assess child support. No the State can not force a person to get a job, however they do assign a responsibility to pay a specific amount each month. It is up to your EX to pay it.

Will he pay in full each month...I doubt it.

You must take him back into Family Court each time he fails to pay in full and on time. You must file a Contempt of Court motion each time.

Forget about his family, they will pressure, threaten, and coerce you to not file against the Ex. Document each attempt and take that to the judge as well.

BTW..whether or not he pays child support, he stills has a legal right to visitation unless a judge rules otherwise.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
