Hi I have had two pregnancies and both were with that little fluttering filling. when I would go in for my first appointment and the doctor would start to listen for the babies heart beat she would be so fare of from were i felt the fluttering and I would tell her your in the wrong area the baby is down lower, and she'd say I don't think so, and I would tell her I can fill like fluttering she would tell me it must be gas... than she'd say I can't seem to find this little thing... I told her its right hear i can
fill it... then she listens in the place that I felt it and their that little thing was. She was amazed that I could fill it so early in my pregnancy. It's so great to fill such a small thing....
References :
Are you dead on with the date ?? lol...I felt movement MUCH earlier with my 2nd baby as opposed to my first. Like the previous answer mentioned you do know what to expect and how to decipher things the second, third, fourth time around. I want to say I felt movement with my second daughter right around 12 weeks. And there was no doubt about it being her moving in there ;) Maybe the baby is bigger or perhaps it could be twins! How exciting though! I suppose time will tell huh? With this being your third time around I would have to agree with you and tell you that no, your not crazy. Some women I think are just more in tune with their bodies than others. Congratulations on the pregnancy!
References :
me-mommy of 2 beautiful girls!

In each pregnancy you feel things sooner even get bigger sooner. You just know what to expect and look for, and maybe that is why you are feeling movement already. I am pregnant with twins for the first time and I didn't feel any movement until about 14 weeks into pregnancy. So I don't know if it's any indication of twins or not. Congratulations on your pregnancy and best wishes ♥
References :
Mother of 4 boys, currently 28 weeks pregnant with twins, 1 boy & 1 girl (Finally)!! I made it to the 3rd trimester.. woohoo!
