Can you choose to have twins both boy and girl through IVF?
i would like to have both a boy and girl at the same time twins is it possible through Invitro fertilization?
Sort of.
You have to do PGD then have a boy and girl embryo put back into you. PGD is used to scan for genetic disorders. The remove a cell from the embryo right after fertilization (safe for the embryo) and dna test it. Through the dna test, they know if it’s a boy or girl. PGD runs about $2500 to $3000.
But nature might have other ideas. One might implant giving you only a single child or you might have a vanishing twin.

No. You cannot choose. The goal of fertility treatments is one child. Not multiples. A multiple birth is risky and no reputable doctor would strive to create one. There is the PGD testing but most clinics reserve to do PGD testing in order to rule out sex-linked chromosomal abnormalities such as cystic fibrosis. Many clinics see doing PGD testing, just because the parent desires a specific gender, as unethical. Some clinics will. You can do PGD testing, transfer a boy and girl embryo, and both could implant but the odds of that happening would be rare.
If you are not dealing with infertility, please reserve the space in fertility clinics for women like me who needs IVF to conceive.
