Dina or Nina is having twins…you can do a cheat to make her have twins first you need to type in the cheat box type in boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true just like it is on here then press shift and click on a sim and find a cheat called DEBUG–FORCE TWINS if it doesn’t do it get the cheat box and type in forcetwins or force twins either way.
