Chrisagis Brothers’ Good News Gang sing ‘Coming To America’. Peaches the elephant plays the Statue of Liberty.
The show won telly awards for best children’s programming, best educational show, and most entertaining.
This episode was from the second year of the Good News Network. The series received thousands of letters a week from children who wanted to say they loved the show. Parents wrote to say that their children learned to read, or about America, or to be honest, or learned safety through the series and for that they were very grateful. The Good News Network ran for 4 years and always had a strong character building message. The show was more entertaining then Seasame Street so families enjoyed watching it… The series ended its run but then branched off into Variety specials that were more Christian in nature.
The Chrisagis Brothers (Brian & Shawn) are licensed ministers and founders of the Chrisagis Brothers Ministries and the popular Good News Gang children’s ministry, are still sharing their powerful testimony and are ministering fulltime to all ages at churches, conferences, and seminars worldwide.

A hospital spokesperson says the 33-year-old Oscar winner, whose partner is Brad Pitt, checked into the hospital to get some rest before giving birth. The couple have one daughter together and are the parents of three adopted children.
Despite rumors to the contrary, pop star Madonna and her husband, British film maker Guy Ritchie, are not planning to divorce. The statement from Madonna’s publicist comes even as tabloids link the 49-year-old singer to American baseball star Alex Rodriguez.

Oprah Winfrey gave a pretty expensive gift to Jerry O’Connell and Rebecca Romijn and they didn’t even accept it. The talk show host reportedly offered to have her designer plan and fully furnish a baby nursery for the soon-to-be-expecting parents. The couple apparently turned down the present because they’d already promised a decorator friend could complete the job for the twins in their LA home.
